THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13174 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 seek to quash the proceedings in crime No.184 of 2013 of the Gopalapuram Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Sections 420 and 406 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the letter, dated 25.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Gopalapuram Police Station, Hyderabad City, and submitted that in this case, the investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.1088 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.184 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. No representation for learned counsel for petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
