This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.10415 of 2014, dated 17.04.2014. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the matter is settled out side the Court and in view of that no further orders are necessary in the Contempt Case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
