THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.862 OF 2015 JUDGMENT:

The present Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the docket order dated 14.05.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1455 of 2013 in C.C.No.976 of 2010 which was renumbered as C.C.No.40 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Special Mobile Court, Mahabubnagar. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Revision Case with liberty to avail the remedies available to the petitioner under law. The learned counsel further requested the Court to dispense with the presence of the petitioner Nos.2 to 6 / accused Nos.2 to 6 before the trial Court on each and every adjournment. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the liberty as prayed for, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. The presence of the petitioner Nos.2 to 6 who are accused Nos.2 to 6 before the trial Court in C.C.No.976 of 2010 which was renumbered as C.C.No.40 of 2014 is dispensed with on each and every adjournment. However, the petitioner Nos.2 to 6 who are accused Nos.2 to 6 shall appear before the trial Court as and when their presence is so required. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Revision Case, if any, shall stand closed.
