Respondent Petition under Sections 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioners/Accused Nos. 53, 61, 70, 56, 66, 50 and 51 on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No. 24 of 2016 on the file of the P.S. Amberpet, Hyderabd District during the pendency of inquiry and trial.
