THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.122 of 2017 JUDGMENT:

This second appeal is filed by the defendant challenging the decree and judgment dated 31.10.2016 in A.S.No.108 of 2010 on the file of the Court of VI Additional District Judge, East Godavari at Kakinada, confirming the decree and judgment dated 02.3.2010 in O.S.No.656 of 2008 on the file of the Court of III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada. 2.

The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the parties entered into compromise. In view of the said submission, the purpose of filing of the second appeal has become infructuous.

Hence, the second appeal is dismissed.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this second appeal shall stand closed.
