ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter dated 21.12.2017 addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, W.P.S, South Zone, Hyderabad, wherein it is asserted that "action dropped" on 9.1.2015 vide R.C.No.180 of 2015 and the same is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
