THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4892 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4, A.7 to A.12, A.14 and A.16 seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.705 of 2015 in Crl.M.P.No.563 of 2015, dated 29.05.2015 to appear before the Station House Officer, Kadapa I Town Police Station, Kadapa, on every Wednesday and Saturday between 5.00 p.m., and 6.00 p.m.

Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have regularly appeared before the Station House Officer without any default. He further submits that the petitioners, being the agriculturists, have to attend the agricultural activities in this agricultural season, and as such, he prays this Court to relax the condition to appear before the Station House Officer.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.705 of 2015 in Crl.M.P.No.563 of 2015 to appear before the Station House Officer, Kadapa I Town Police Station, Kadapa, on every Wednesday and Saturday between 5.00 p.m., and 6.00 p.m., is hereby relaxed.
