THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASEKHAR REDDY W.P.NOS.22506, 22568 AND 22619 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 - revenue authorities, in considering the applications of the petitioners' dated 14.12.2015, for mutating their names in revenue records and in issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds under the provisions of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, the present writ petitions have been filed.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, based on common written instructions issued by the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, submitted that the applications of the writ petitioners' dated 14.12.2015 to register their names in adangals, was rejected by endorsement in Rc.F.5877/2010 dated 11.4.2016 and their applications filed through on line / Meeseva for mutation under Form- 6-A of A.P. Rights in Land Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989, were rejected. In view of the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petitions are accordingly closed. However, it is open for the petitioners to challenge the rejection proceedings, if aggrieved.
No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
