THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTI CE KONGARA VI JAYA LAKSHMI Writ Petition No.27776 of 2013 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in initiating steps basing on the notification dated 06.09.2013 published on 14.09.2013 issued by the third respondent Mutt without taking into consideration the Memo dated 18.05.2010 issued by the first respondent and petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2013 as illegal and arbitrary.

As the licence for collecting the parking fee for two wheelers in the Cellar of the third respondent Mutt is only for a period of two years and the said two years period has already elapsed, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
