THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT APPEAL No.254 of 2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, would submit that in the light of the report of Sri K. Pratik Reddy, Advocate Commissioner, that more than 60% of the building has been demolished, the cause in the writ appeal does not survive, and it would suffice if the appellant is granted liberty to claim damages, against the land owners, before the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction. Leaving it open to the appellant to do so, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
