Pratik Reddy, Advocate Commissioner, that more than 60% of the building has been demolished, the cause in the writ appeal does not survive, and it would suffice if the appellant is granted liberty to claim damages, against the land owners, before the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction. Leaving it open to the appellant to do so, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
