This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 07.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.205 of 2016 in O.S.No.2119 of 2012 on the file of the VII Junior Civil Judge Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the trial Court dismissed the suit for default on 18.06.2018. As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court dismissed O.S.No.2119 of 2012 on 18.06.2018. In view of the dismissal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Dismissal of this revision petition does not preclude the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
