The petitioner complains against inaction of respondents in investigating and doing the needful on the complaint dated 27.01.2011, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The Assistant Government Pleader (Home), on instructions, submits that charge sheet was filed on 23.07.2011 against 5th respondent and finally C.C. No.329 of 2011 was dismissed by acquitting the 5th respondent. By placing on record the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
