I.A.No.2 of 2025 This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the paragraph 6(i) and 6(iii) in order dated 10.12.2025 in Crl.P.No.15718 of 2025.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to oversight the name of Court in the affidavit is wrongly mentioned as Station House Officer, Makthal Police Station, Narayanpet District, the same is corrected. Hence, the name of the Court in para 6(i) is replaced with 'Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narayanpet. Accordingly, para 6(iii) is replaced with "Every 15 days in PS-Makthal till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required". Accordingly, the application is allowed.
