16.12.2025 I.A.No.01 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to modify the condition in Paragraph No.6(iii) of the order dated 03.12.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.15696 of 2025, which reads as under:

"The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Monday between 09:00 a.m., and 05:00 p.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the Court that the petitioner may be permitted to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer "Every Monday of third week in a calendar month." instead of "Every Monday" and therefore, prayed the Court to allow this Interlocutory Application.

In view of the above, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.15696 of dated 03.12.2025, is hereby modified, directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer "Every Monday of third week in a calendar month", between 09:00 a.m., and 05:00 p.m., for a period of eight weeks or till filing the charge sheet, whichever is earlier and thereafter as and when required".

Accordingly, this application is ordered.

I.A.No.02 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to modify the condition in Paragraph No.6(i) of the order dated 03.12.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.15696 of 2025, which reads as under:

"The petitioner shall surrender before the Station House Officer, Narayanpet Police Station, Narayanpet District, within two weeks from today, and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release him on bail on executing on personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner requested that the petitioner may be permitted to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer learned Judicial Magistrate of "First Class Narayanpet on or before 31.12.2025 instead of "Station House Officer, Narayanpet Police Station, Narayanpet District within two weeks"

In view of the above, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.15696 of dated 03.12.2025, is hereby modified, to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before "learned Judicial Magistrate of "First Class Narayanpet on or before 31.12.2025".

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
