THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLR SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CONTEMPT CASE NO.1042 OF 2015 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Neither the order of this Court nor that of the Supreme Court stipulate any time frame for disposal of I.A.No.5254 of 2014 in L.G.O.P.No.1126 of 2014.

While any I.A. should be heard and decided with utmost expedition, that does not mean that the petitioners can invoke the contempt jurisdiction of this Court complaining of the delay in deciding the I.A.

The Contempt Case as filed is misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
