This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 11.2.2016 passed in I.A.No.87 of 2015 in O.S. No.121 of 2007 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge Court (Fast Track Court), Gudivada. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to urge the points raised herein before the trial Court. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
