Learned counsel for the petitioners is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that on completion of investigation, police filed charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nalgonda, and cognizance being taken vide Calendar Case No.375 of 2016 and the matter has become infructuous.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this criminal petition does not survive for further adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
