The Commissioner, Women Development & Child Welfare Department, Ameerpet, Telangana State, Hyderabad .....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, call for the records relating to issuance of E-Tender Notice No. 38/C/2015 dated 24/01/2015, declare the same as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional in so far it relates to restriction of participation of only poultry farmers and further restricting contract of supply only to two projects, set aside the same as such and
consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to submit the tenders and to participate in the tenders for supply of eggs and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER:
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the similar circumstances this Court granted an interim order in W.P.No. 533 of 2015 and the said submission is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare.
In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to receive the tenders of the petitioners. However, the tenders shall not be finalized for a period of two weeks.
