Sri A.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the respondent No.5 would submit that O.S.No.45 of 2009 on the file of XIV Additional Chief Judge (FTC), City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was dismissed for default on 09.07.2018 and to that effect, he has filed the case status report along with a memo vide USR No.63174/ 2019. Hence nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
