THE HON'BLE JUSTICE SRI T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1548 of 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 22 of the A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960 challenging the order dated 06.03.2017 passed in I.A.No.1036 of 2016 in RCCMA No.31 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner filed I.A.No.1036 of 2016 in RCCMA No.31 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada seeking stay of all further proceedings in RCC No.30 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Rent Controller-cum-IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada. The Rent Control Appellate Court granted stay of all further proceedings in RCC No.30 of 2015 subject to payment of arrears of rent due to the landlord on or before 27.03.2017, failing which the interim stay will automatically stands dismissed. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have complied with the orders of the Rent Control Appellate Court.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is of the view that no orders need be passed in this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed. ________________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
