THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI WRI T PETI TI ON No.35093/ 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondent No.3 in continuing the petitioners' vehicles documents with fake addresses, in spite of petitioners' representations and requests, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the present writ petition is squarely covered by the Order, dated 10.09.2018, passed in W.P.No.32303 of 2018 and copy of the same has been placed on record. The learned Government pleader for Transport has not disputed the same.

In view of the same, the writ petition is allowed in terms of the Order, dated 10.09.2018, passed by this court in W.P.No.32303 of 2018, directing the respondent-authorities to allow the petitioners forthwith to submit their applications through online and process the same, as expeditiously as possible, and complete the testing formalities within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This court makes it clear that the respondent authorities may take action against the petitioners for furnishing the alleged fake addresses and getting their vehicles registered in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
