THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.2308 OF 2014 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 in C.C.No.295 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Additional Munsif Magistrate, Kandukur.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw this Criminal Petition, with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law, including filing of petition for discharge.

3 Permission is accorded.

4. In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed, granting the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
