THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 6504 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction against respondent No. 1 to recognize the body elected by petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 on 15-02-2015 as the body representing petitioner No. 1 association and consequently declare that the body of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 alleged to have been elected on 13-09-2014 as illegal and without jurisdiction. 2.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, both learned counsel submit that the term of the body is already over and therefore the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the parties are so aggrieved, they can avail appropriate remedies which are available to them under law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
