The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the proceedings, dated 28.11.2015, of respondent No.4 rejecting the petitioner's nomination to ward No.8 of Nehru Nagar Gram Panchayat, Yedapally Mandal, Nizamabad District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.A.Jagan, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.50257 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
