Heard both sides.

As the very appeal before the lower Court is of the year 2016, since the interim order of this Court dated 30.08.2017 suspending the trial Court's decree in force by continuing the same for a further period of six (6) months from today, the lower Court shall dispose of the appeal itself within four (4) months from the date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly and in the result, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
