O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the 1st respondent - Government of Andhra Pradesh, represented by Principal Secretary Government, in deciding the revision filed by the petitioner under Section 6 of the Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Area Land Transfer Regulation 1 of 1959 as amended by Regulation 1/1970, against the order dated 30.09.1978 in S.R.No.37/1978 passed by the 2nd respondent - Special Deputy Collector, (Tribal Welfare), the present writ petition came to be filed.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Tribal Welfare.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the said revision filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
