THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35049 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation to the Secretary, State Transport Authority/R.2 on 09.02.2018 and the same is pending consideration since 24-07-2001.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, with a direction to 2nd respondent to verify the representation, dated 09.02.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, or, pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
