Vide present Criminal Petition, the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 seek a direction thereby relaxing the conditions imposed on them in the order dated 13.10.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No. 3348 of 2016 by the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

Having heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State and having perused the material available on record, the Criminal Petition merits no consideration. The Criminal Petition is therefore dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed in consequence.
