THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1589 of 2014 JUDGMENT:

Heard learned Government Pleader for Arbitration, who placed on record the material to show that Sri G. Srinivas I.P.S. shown as Inspector General of Police, Transport Organization, Hyderabad had not worked at all in the said post. This contention appears to be correct.

It is also the contention of the Government Pleader for Arbitration that the 1st respondent had filed Execution Petition to execute the order passed by this Court and later the same was dismissed as not pressed on 21.10.2016.

In this view of the matter, the order dated 29.08.2018 is recalled and the Contempt Case is dismissed. No costs. 3.
