Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Transport.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that the petitioners have complied with all the statutory requirements and the respondents are not coming in the way of plying the vehicles. The same is placed on record.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of, by placing on record the above instructions, and as the subject vehicle is seized the same shall be released as per law.
