THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.4563 OF 2017 ORDER :

Heard. With the consent of both counsel, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the order impugned in the writ petition in not renewing the contract of the petitioner for the year 2016-17.

Having regard to the contents of the order, learned Special Standing Counsel fairly submits that the order is not sustainable. 4.

Accordingly and in view of the same, without recording the contentions urged in this writ petition, the Writ Petition is allowed and the order impugned is set aside. The matter is remitted to the stage of consideration by giving due opportunity to the petitioner. However, petitioner shall be continued as Field Assistant till further orders are passed by following the due process. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
