HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10971 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.4 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail in Crime No.265 of 2015 on the file of Shamshabad Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 341, 419 and 420 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegations against the petitioner are that he and the other accused, posing themselves as police officials, stopped the lorry of the de facto complainant and took away huge money. It is stated that the other accused were already arrested.

In view of the seriousness of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to him at this stage. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
