Learned Counsel for the petitioner reported that about three years back, the petitioner took away no objection and the entire record. This matter was adjourned from 5.10.2017 to this day finally, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, which clearly shows that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the interim stay granted on 30.4.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.3935 of 2011 is vacated and the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
