HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.15508 of 2017 ORDER:

There is no representation for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise would submit that this writ petition became infructuous in view of the fact that the relief sought for to declare the action of respondents in granting licence to the 5th respondent with effect from 1-4-2017 instead of 1.7.2017 as per G.O.Ms.No.112 Revenue (Excise-II) Department dated 22-3-2017 is contrary to G.O.Ms.No.218 Revenue (Excise-II) Department dated 22-6-2015 as illegal and arbitrary, is of no practical utility.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
