This civil revision petition is filed by the petitionerplaintiff, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 26.4.2016 passed in I.A.No.187 of 2016 in O.S.No.363 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada.

Today, this Court disposed of the connected CRP No.3112 of 2016. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this revision petition.

Hence, the civil revision petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
