This writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 6th respondent in not conducting the survey of lands admeasuring Ac.0.13 cents, situated at Sy.No.274/2/26, Ac.0.92 cents, situated at Sy.No.274/2/5, Ac.0.39 cents, situated at Sy.No.274/2/22 of Rapthadu Village & Mandal, Ananthapuramu District and fix the boundaries of the said lands, as illegal and arbitrary.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the petitioner made his application in the year 2016 and hence pleads that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh application through online to the 6th respondent, in which event, the 6th respondent would deal with and consider the same in accordance with law. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh application through online to the 6th respondent seeking survey of the subject lands, in which event, the 6th respondent shall deal with and consider the same in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to four weeks from the date of submission of the application, by informing the date and time of survey to the petitioner and all concerned.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
