Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging that his father was employed as an Attender in the Information and Public Relation Department, Kadapa and he died on 01.03.2010. Petitioner had made a representation on 01.08.2016 to the 5th respondent seeking job on compassionate ground, but no action has been taken by the 5th respondent till date. 2.

The Government Pleader for Information Technology appearing for 5th respondent states that the 5th respondent will consider the petitioner's representation dt.01.08.2016 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dt.01.08.2016 within a period of eight

(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand dismissed.
