HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35092 of 2018 ORDER:
1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2) The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not conducting survey and demarcation of the land of petitioners, admeasuring Ac.1.02 guntas in Survey No.199/A/1 and Ac.1.01 guntas in Survey No.199/A/2, situated at Janakpur village, Asifabad mandal, Komarambheem district, inspite of submitting application dated 08.08.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.
3) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the application is made in the month of August, 2018, till date the same is pending consideration.
4) Learned Government Pleader would submit that if the said application is still pending consideration, the same would be disposed of, in accordance with law.
5) Recording the above submission, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to dispose of the application dated 08.08.2018, made by the petitioners, if they are otherwise entitled, basing on the circulars, which are being issued by
the Government from time to time and in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioners and other affected parties.
