HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 8636 of 2002 O R D E R:- When this matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to promote him to the post of P.A. to Executive Officer without insisting upon the qualification of graduation. It is noticed that the petitioner attained the age of superannuation. Therefore, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted at this point of time.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
