JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No. 19103 OF 2017 O R D E R : ( Oral, Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait ) This writ petition is filed by the petitioner invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not implementing the orders dated 13/2/2013 passed by the AP Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in OA.No. 1107 of 2013 for appointment of the petitioner on compassionate grounds in the place of her husband and also not passing orders by the first respondent on the proposals sent by the second respondent vide Lr.Roc.No.1054/2014/M2, dated 23/12/2015, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the respondents to implement the orders dated 13/2/2013 passed by the AP Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in OA.No. 1107 of 2013 and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. When the matter is listed today, the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that vide GO.Rt.No.414, Municipal Administration and Urban Development [D-2] Department, dated 15/7/2017, the orders dated 13/02/2013 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No. 1107 of 20143 has been implemented in its letter and spirit, which is not disputed by the counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Pleader submitted a copy of the GO.Rt.No.414, Municipal Administration and Urban Development [D-2] Department, dated 15/7/2017, which shall be taken on record as part of this writ petition.
4. In view of the above, we hereby dispose of the above writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
