This Contempt Case was filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed in W.P.M.P. No.29633 of 2014 in W.P. No.23656 of 2014 dated 20.08.2014.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to the direction in the aforesaid writ petition, a reasoned order was passed on 22.12.2014.
