HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY Contempt Case No.1175 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.5259 of 2017 dated 15.02.2017, wherein this Court directed the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 16.11.2016 for mutation of his name in the revenue records and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Now, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced proceedings Rc.D2/ROR/WPT/15/2017, dated 22.06.2017 rejecting the case of the petitioner. In view of above facts and circumstances, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court and accordingly, this Contempt Case is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge proceedings Rc.D2/ROR/WPT/15/2017, dated 22.06.2017 passed by the respondent.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
