THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL Nos.897 of 2012 & 551 of 2013 COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) These two civil miscellaneous appeals arise out of the interlocutory orders passed by the learned V Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, in O.S.No.111 of 2011.

It is now stated by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the said suit was dismissed as withdrawn on 02.12.2015 by the trial Court.

In that view of the matter, the civil miscellaneous appeals do not survive for adjudication on merits and are accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
