HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA Writ Petition No.27827 of 2015 Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) It is stated by the learned counsel for respondents 4 and 5 that the government order G.O.Ms.No.39, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (C1) Department, dated 20-5-2015, was already upheld by a bench of this Court in W.P.No.16651 of 2015 and batch, dated 25-012016 and that the said decision was also confirmed by the Supreme Court in SLP(C) No.11287 of 2016, dated 02-5-2016. Therefore, following the same, this writ petition is dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
