HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.37788 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: "declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not hearing and passing the orders in the Revision dt.2208-2016 filed before it under Regulation 6 of the A.P. Scheduled Areas Land Transfer Regulation Act, 1959 (SALTR Act) as arbitrary, illegal and in violation of Articles 14, 15, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the official respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the above said lands bearing Sy.Nos.34, 35, 51, and 95 admeasuring Ac.09-09 gts, Ac.14-35 gts, Ac.10-14 gts and Ac.10-26 gts respectively situated at Ghanapur (Vg), Achampet Mandal, Mahabubnagar District."

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that aggrieved by the order, dated 04.06.2016, passed in Appeal No.E1/3463/2014 upholding the order, dated 21.08.2014, in Proce.No.I/LTR/3430/2013 of the Agency Divisional Officer-4th respondent, the petitioners filed revision and the same is pending; that pending revision, the official respondents are trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioners and hence, he prays to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to dispose of the revision case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the revision case filed by

the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of forty five (45) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the respondents shall not dispossess the petitioners from the subject lands. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
