This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 14.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.1712 of 2015 in O.S.No.94 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada. 2.

As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 30.08.2016. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
