HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35292 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in issuing the notice in reference B514/ 2018 dated 15.07.2018 with regard to the property to an extent of Ac.2.25 cents in Sy.No.4/ 11 of Gummalladoddi, Gokavaram Mandal, East Godavari District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.

2) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition, in view of the orders passed by the Tahsildar.

3) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, giving liberty to the petitioners to question the order passed by the Tahsildar.

4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
