HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.14334 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in registering Crime No.93 of 2016 under Sections 452, 420, 506 and 509 read with Section 34 IPC.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that pursuant to registration of the crime, the petitioners were already arrested. He further submits that the petitioners are no way connected with the crime and without following due process of law the petitioners were arrested. Since the matter is under investigation, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation, but, however directs the third respondent to follow due process of law while investigating the crime. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
