The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ or order, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the F.I.R.No.109 of 2016 of Bantumilli Police Station, Krishna District, as illegal and arbitrary and set aside the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is not pressing the Writ Petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.
