HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35206 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.3, in issuing pattadar pass book and title deed to the petitioner, in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.2.22 cents, in Survey No.36/2, situated in Vemula village, Mundlamuru mandal, Prakasam district, inspite of making applications on 30.10.2017 and 09.06.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for revenue would submit that the petitioner is said to have purchased the land referred to above and made applications seeking issuance of pattadar pass book and title deeds in her favour, pursuant to which, Form-8 was generated and steps are being taken for cancellation of earlier pattadar pass books and title deeds granted in favour of one Annam Dhanalakshmi. It is stated that as and when the orders duly canceling the pattadar pass books and title deeds by the Revenue Divisional Officer,

Kandukur, is received, the Tahsildar - respondent No.3 will take action immediately. He further submits that atleast three to four months time may be granted so as to complete the entire exercise.

4) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to deal with the said issue and the representation dated 09.06.2018, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, in accordance with law. 5) Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
